Additionally, the Finance & Accounting Manager will play a key role in optimizing financial processes and providing strategic insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
